Miller's Day

Instead of a party, Miller decided that he wanted to invite his friend Travis over for a sleepover. Lindsey dropped Travis off this morning and we've been celebrating ever since! Miller had big plans for his day. We started with opening presents...

then after playing for a while we took a bike ride and Miller tried out his new bike


once we got home from our bike ride and got Madelyn down for her nap, it was time to swim! The water was VERY cold this morning!


We picked Jay up from work after lunch and then we were off to the movies. Miller wanted to see Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs


We came home and they swam some more, then we ate breakfast for supper. Then we were off for another bike ride. The boys had fun doing some bike stunts. Here is their "circus act" (Travis in front, then Bailey, Jay, and then Miller on the back)


Miller requested apple pie and ice cream for his birthday dessert


and a night swim




Miller also gets to stay up as late as he wants to on his birthday (Jay's rule :o)...and the boys are still up watching tv as I type. It has been a very full and exciting day. We are looking forward to celebrating with our family at Grandma and Grandad's house on Saturday morning.
