School, Wii, and a Fussy One Year Old

I realized I haven't really blogged about our lives lately but there really isn't anything new to tell. We're back into the school routine and once again I'm trying a new schedule. Madelyn had made the change to just one nap a day (much to my disappointment). She is such a busy little girl and gets into everything so I've decided to try letting Bailey play with her while I do lessons with Miller (Bailey loves this, by the way) and then after lunch I put Madelyn down for a nap and Bailey and I do her lessons. This works some days but most days, Madelyn just wants to stand in the kitchen and cry. Hopefully we'll work the kinks out soon and find something that works for all of us.

Madelyn is just starting to get into books (as in reading them instead of trying to eat them) and likes for Miller to read to her


She found the leap pad and loves to play with it


There has been a lot of Wii action at our house since Christmas and of course, Madelyn likes to be right there in the middle of it


She really loves to "drive" and thinks she's as big as her brother and sister
