Serpentarium Field Trip

Today we took a field trip with our homeschool group to the Cape Fear Serpentarium. I'm not a snake lover, but it was actually a very cool place! We saw several VERY deadly snakes, (some not so deadly), crocodiles, and lizards. Miller even touched a python!

Here is a giant anaconda


This fella (the king cobra) was not too happy with all the people taking his picture. He stayed like this the whole time.


My brave boy touched this python. I was just fine watching from a distance!


I'm very thankful that we don't live in an area where I could stumble across most of the creatures we saw today!
