A Great End to October

We had a busy ending to October! On Thursday, we took a field trip to the ISO AERO Service at the airport. We learned about small aircraft and how to get a pilots license. The kids really enjoyed sitting in the airplane!











Afterwards, we went over to the fairgrounds (at Wilm. International Airport) and toured the livestock tent.





On Friday, the kids and I drove to Durham to visit some friends. We've known them since Miller and their oldest son were infants. They moved over the summer and we finally made it up there for a visit.



On Saturday, Bailey had her first soccer game. She ran her heart out and even blocked a goal!


On Sunday, we went to the fall festival at church. The kids enjoyed the hayride, bouncy houses, lots of fun games, face painting, and of course, candy!
