Boat Fun

Last Saturday we took our boat out on the ICWW for the first time. We had a blast! Our kids are water lovers like their mama and daddy! Their favorite thing to do is tube but we all really enjoy finding a island or sandbar to explore. This is Riley and Madelyn's favorite seat on the boat.

We went out with the Souza's on their boat yesterday. This trip was just a bit different from our usual. The Jays dropped Lindsey, me, and the kids off on an island (along with the food, water, and toys) and while we played, swam, and snorkled, the Jays went about 5 miles out into the ocean to dive. This is what they brought back:

We threw it back though because it was alive. All 5 kids ended up on the tube and sat on it and talked and giggled for the longest time while the adults relaxed on the boat.

My favorite part of the day was when Madelyn fell in love with tubing! We decided to just put her on it because even though she didn't want to try, we knew she'd love it! She wasn't too happy with us at first...

But she loved it and said it was her favorite thing to do! It's hard to see in the picture, but she has a big smile on her face!
