Yesterday we went to Mayfaire to see the Clydesdale horses.  They arrived a little before 1:30 in 3 18-wheelers (2 carried 4 horses each and 1 carried the wagon and equipment). 



We were able to watch them unload the wagon and the horses, one by one.  The process was very interesting.  The horses were so calm. 



Each horse was taken to get brushed and baby powder on their lower legs (not exactly sure why they do the powder), and then they harnessed the horse and took it to get hitched to the wagon.

Here they come.  We had front row seats as they drove away. 



I ran over to the street they were turning on to so I could get a picture of all of them pulling the wagon but I wasn't in a good spot to get all 8 horses and the wagon.

The entire process was so neat to watch.  The horses are truely beautiful creatures.
