Summer Projects

Summer is my time to catch up on some fun crafts that I don't have time to do during the school year.  I'm not a seamstress like my mom, but I do enjoy piddling with my sewing machine.  I have found some really cute and easy ideas on Pinterest.  This past week, I made the girls aprons from a dish cloth and a strip of material.  The girls picked out their cloth and "matching" material for the sash.  I think they turned out really cute!  And they've enjoyed wearing them to help me in the kitchen!  I have a couple more sewing projects in the works.  Hopefully I can work on those next week.
