The House

While looking for hotels, Jay came across a house that is rented out by the night. The family lives part of the year in Indiana and part of the year in Asheboro. It was around the same cost as the hotel so we decided to go with the house. It was something different and had a lot of cool things to explore. There is a small house at the front of the property where a young couple live. They take care of the animals while the Church family is gone. The owners told Jay that there was a trampoline and the kids were welcome to jump all they wanted, but it had a hole in it so "mind the gap". We thought that was funny. There was a big gap for sure but it didn't stop the kids from jumping. There were goats, sheep, dogs, a cat, and a donkey. The lady that lives on the property came over with carrots so the kids could feed the goats. We were excited to see a zip line in the back yard and all 3 kids enjoyed that. We had a great time playing and exploring the property.
