Week in Review

Bailey has really done well with her reading lessons and has already read books A, B, and C of our Kindergarten readers. She also loves to play computer games. She loves pbskids.org and is getting better at playing Webkinz without my help! Now there are 3 of us competing for computer time!!!




Miller has a new favorite place to do his lessons. We've always done school in the kitchen, but this week we tried something new. We started out in the kitchen with Bible and the lessons that I have to teach. Then Miller takes his seatwork to his room and finishes there. It's amazing how much more efficiently he works! I think it will be good for all of us if this routine continues into next year. I can teach Bailey in the kitchen while Miller works (without distraction) in his room.

Madelyn has a tooth! We noticed on Sunday that a tooth was trying to cut through and by Monday it had popped out. A second one is not far behind. She has also started sitting alone this week (for a few minutes at a time). Such a big girl!

Remember the sink pictures I posted a few days ago? Well, if you guessed that #1 is Madelyn, #2 is Miller, and #3 is Bailey, you guess right!
