Fall is Here!

We have had a very busy week! We started off with a sick Bailey, but thankfully it was just a virus and she is feeling much better!

enjoying the beautiful weather by having snacks and even school outside





However, this weather keeps the kids from wanting to get their work done! We may have to finish school before we go outside from now on!

Today Madelyn is 15 months old! I can't believe how time flies. She is at such a fun age right now. We went for her well check today and she is 22 lbs, 12 oz, and is in the 75% for her height. And as the doctor put it, "she has a very generous size head"! I had to laugh.

Jay got some of Bailey's old toys out of the attic this week.

I was hoping that they would keep her busy during school in the mornings so that I wouldn't have to deal with this...

...while trying to teach school. They've helped, but she still loves to be right there in the middle of things. Maybe that means she'll enjoy school when the time comes.

I'm getting a much needed break tomorrow! I am going to the Crafting Extravaganza at church to scrapbook ALL.DAY.LONG!!!!! I'm so excited about catching up on my scrapbooking (who am I kidding, I'll probably never catch up!) and hanging out with some sweet ladies.
