Back To School
We are back in the swing of things and the structure has been nice. We started back to school on August 10 (I like to get an early start so that we can be DONE by mid-May). We had 3 good weeks of school before starting back to co-op and Bible study. That gave us time to get into our at-home-routine. I can't believe I have a high-schooler, a middle-schooler, and a 2nd grader! Wow. Am I old enough for a high-schooler? Don't answer that ;).
First day of school pictures
Co-op will keep us busy this year. Not only are we doing writing, US History, and science (Anatomy for the girls and Physical Science for Miller), the girls will have a science lab once a month and Miller will have a science lab twice a month and a literature class twice a month. Co-op day is a busy day! The girls had their first lab this week and they made a model of a cell out of jello and candy. Fun and tasty! I don't have any pictures of Miller's lab or lit class because, well, that just wouldn't be cool. Maybe when I help in those classes I can sneak a picture.
In the midst of getting ready for school to start back, we had a couple of birthdays.
Shew. This mama is tired already. And it's only September...
